Everyone knows eating fruits is good for health, but many persons do not know the real benefits of different fruits. There are many benefits of consuming fruits like eating fruits make your skin glow and your hair healthy. Fruits are generally high in fiber, water and Vitamin C. Yellow fruits are rich in Vitamin C.

APPLE:
